We wanted to update you all on some upcoming changes and policies. Please read through until the end, as this will affect ALL aspects of Dog-Venture LLC services.
Announcement!
First and foremost, we’re excited to announce our family will be growing by two (human) feet come September! We feel SO blessed and look forward to meeting our newest little one. Laura will be starting her maternity leave from ALL services starting August 10th and will be back some time mid to late October. We’ve put some recommendations below for each of our services. This will be a time reserved for our family, and we appreciate your understanding that we will be unreachable during this time.
COVID policies:
While we’re just about fully vaccinated over here, we still ask that all clients who aren’t fully vaccinated continue to wear a mask to help protect our other clients who are at higher risk.
Cancellation & Drop off/Pick up Policies:
Groom dogs need to be dropped off at their scheduled appointment time, dogs that are 15 or more minutes late will be considered an automatic cancellation.
Grooming appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the approximate groom price.
Please pick up groom dogs within 30 minutes of completion of groom, dogs left for more than 30 minutes after the groom has been completed will be charged a $20 daycare fee.
Pricing changes:
To maintain our high standards in grooming and boarding starting in October 2021, our base hourly grooming price will be $48 an hour. Our boarding prices will be $30/night for 4 nights or less and $25 for more than four nights. 🙂 Board and train rates will remain the same.
Recommendations for August 10th to mid-late October:
For our grooming clients, we highly recommend staying on your current groom schedules and contacting Kaytee Whitmer at Pet People 440-238-2125, I can’t recommend her enough and would suggest booking well in advance to be sure you can get in to keep to your dogs current groom schedules as they are, to keep your fuzzy friends looking and feeling great!
We’re still exploring boarding options for this time, and will update this post when an appropriate place has been found that Laura would trust her precious client dogs to.
